Introduction

I'm Helen, and I want to be your MP.

I am Deputy Leader of Thanet District Council and a Councillor since 2019, being re-elected with the most votes and an increased majority in Margate Central at the last election.

​

I have stood for election in Birchington South, have previously been selected to be a County Councillor for Canterbury, and have been part of our coastal community for 34 years.

​

I know and love our area, and will always strive to do my best for residents.

I work hard to support our coastal and rural communities, and will continue to work provide genuinely affordable housing and excellent services for all residents of the new Herne Bay and Sandwich constituency.
